Confess

I am a snob and an appeal at that. I look down on inconsistent accents and less than white shades of races. I consider those who live on snowballed white satin inferior in quality and mental capacity. I abhor the unbecoming of heavy duty carpets and their so called ethnic delinquents. I detest the loud mouth bojangles of our soccer's pillar nationality. I do, for the very vast part of me.

And when the rain comes and washes away the tide, it gets clear who the real loser is. So I was the snob that couldn't even hold my own life of words.

Promise

I promise to smile, sing and shine a little better everyday. I promise to be my best friend and love my God. I promise to love when I need to and want to. I promise to take care of myself and ask for help when I need it. I promise to preserve my diginity and never beg. I promise to go the distance and give to this beautiful universe back what is has been giving to me. I promise to wake with gratitude. I promise to be happy and choose to be when it is gloomy.

I promise to never settle. For life's good can get in the way of the great. And great is what I am made to be.

Morning Rush Hour

My morning madness was a tad lighter than I had expected. There is something about life that knows how to perk your morning beyond the coffee brew. With an empty tummy and a cold rush of the wind, I churned on a protein bar, swerving through the concrete forest of blackberry suits and fibreglass food. I kid you not. Just take a look.

I could submit this picture to this talk show. Apparently he won TV's best personality three years in a row. No, not that much of a fan, just deserving of mention.

New Life Begins at Midnight

This is a new day. A new month. A brand new babe born at the strike of midnight. I have a new job. A new hope. A new found glory of anticipation. New circles to be broken. New karmas to subvert.

Welcome to my new life. I can't wait to live out loud and clear.
